Every evening there’s a varied programme of clubs, such as art, motor club, ceramics club, bike club, music club and a karaoke and dance club to keep you busy during your leisure time. Or you can relax in our wifi café or in your house with friends.
There are organised activities including using the local gym, bowling, theatre trips, football matches, visiting museums and stately homes, Alton Towers, shopping – locally and by train, going to the zoo and trips to Cadbury World. Twice weekly discos are always popular and well-attended.
Whatever your interests are you’ll find something to suit you.
Our social programme plays an important part in helping you to build your confidence using public transport, ordering a taxi and socially interacting with the public at large.
The emphasis is on helping you to develop your own leisure patterns. With our guidance, you will begin to take charge of your own free time and what activities you choose to do.
As your confidence to make your own choices increases you’ll rely less on staff and parents for support.
