Woodwork

In woodwork sessions we make magazine racks and bird feeders out of all different kinds of wood to sell at the summer fete. We also learn about measuring wood correctly and cutting out safely.

We learn about health and safety in the department and using the machinery correctly. We also found out about all the different tools used in woodwork like hammers, chisels, screwdrivers, saws, drill bits etc.
